We want to take a moment and reach out about the recent events and how it may impact our services to our tenants. As a result of many of the recent announcements we know that it will be an evolving situation that everyone is watching. Our staff remains cautiously optimistic that with the announcements of recent closures the infection rate will level out. In the meantime we will be continuing to respond to all maintenance requests as they come in. We ask that you please let us know ahead of time if someone residing in your household is ill so we can alert our team to take the proper precautions. Also we would ask that you understand that we will respond to high priority issues as quickly as possible and that we will get to all issues as time permits.

At this time we are also asking for the health and safety of our team that we limit personal contact until further notice. We have made multiple payment options available through our online tenant portal. You can also mail payments to us at 403 Hampshire St Quincy, IL 62301 or drop them in our dropbox located in front of our office at 403 Hampshire. Your health and safety and the health and safety of our team is of the utmost importance.
